All phone numbers, their registration status, and their spam labeling status can be seen on the "Phone numbers" page under the Number Registration section of the console. This screen shows all phone numbers, the job they are part of, current registration status, and their spam labeling status and category (only available for registered phone numbers). This article covers viewing and searching the list, understanding phone number jobs, and managing call branding directly from this screen.

Viewing and searching the list
Searching for a number, job, or status
The phone number list can be filtered to easily access specific phone numbers. For example, using the status drop-down menu, you can view only phone numbers with a status of "Needs attention" to see phone numbers that could not be registered.
The search box can be used to find a specific phone number or to search by job name for previous phone number uploads.
Phone number jobs
All changes made to the phone numbers registered to your business are captured in individual operations called "jobs". Jobs are internal labels that make it easier to reference and categorize your phone numbers in the console. While adding or removing phone numbers, you provide a job name to make it easier to reference in the console in the future.
You can view all recent jobs by choosing the "ADD/REMOVE NUMBERS" button from the "Phone numbers" page. Jobs are listed in chronological order, with the user who modified them, the job name, and a count of phone number changes that affected the registered business.
Job error files
If Hiya encounters errors while registering phone numbers for your business, these are recorded in an error log, which is available from the list of jobs. Any phone number that was not successfully registered should be reviewed, corrected, and re-registered if necessary.
Managing call branding
The phone number list on the "Phone numbers" page under the Number Registration section of the console will show if the phone numbers are branded or not. Branded calls can be enabled, disabled, or updated from this screen.
See Hiya Connect Branded Call to learn more about Branded Calls.
Seeing the branded call status
The phone numbers with branding will show a checkmark in the "Branded Call" column.
The phone number list can be filtered to easily access specific phone numbers. For example, using the status drop-down menu, you can view only phone numbers with the Branded call status "Enabled" to see phone numbers that you are branding.
