Self-serve plans vs. Enterprise
In the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, Branded Call is available as a self-serve monthly plan — sign up directly on the website with a credit card, no sales conversation required. Plans are tiered by monthly branded call volume (250, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 calls and above), and you can change or cancel at any time.
If you're making more than around 10,000 calls a month, have more than 25 people making calls, or you're outside those four self-serve regions, you'll need a custom Enterprise plan instead.
Pricing, and where to see current rates
We don't publish fixed rate cards in the Help Centre, since pricing varies by plan tier, region, and use case. For current self-serve pricing, use the plan calculator on the Connect Pricing page — enter your monthly outbound call volume and it recommends a tier with the monthly cost and per-call overage rate.
Businesses outside the US, UK, Canada, and Australia have different plan structures, typically starting around $550/month — talk to sales for pricing in your region.
Minimum term and payment method
- Self-serve monthly plans: no minimum term. Cancel or change anytime; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. A credit card is required up front at sign-up — this is also when the one-time, non-refundable $25 USD setup fee is charged.
- Enterprise (custom) plans: 12-month minimum contract.
