This article covers what APIs Hiya offers, who's eligible to use each one, and how to get access. For how to use Secure Branding's pre-authorization controls once you have API access, see Branded Call API and Secure Branding.

Every API Hiya offers
- Branded Call API — add and manage phone numbers and their caller display attributes (name, logo, call reason) programmatically, instead of through the console.
- Phone Number Management API — list and manage the phone numbers already registered on your account.
- Managed Brand registration API — register a Managed Brand (a brand you don't own but are authorised to display, e.g. for a client or BPO relationship) via API instead of the console form.
- Number Reputation API — register businesses and phone numbers to monitor spam/reputation status programmatically. This is a distinct, paid product from standard Number Registration, aimed at businesses managing reputation data at scale — for example, BPOs registering numbers on behalf of multiple client businesses.
How to request access
Phone Number Management isn't self-serve — you need to request it with Support, and Hiya switches on the API keys for you.
Number Reputation API access requires a signed service agreement and is a paid feature, priced to make sense at volume. To request it, contact Hiya's Vetting team with:
- How many businesses you want to register
- How many phone numbers
- How you plan to use the reputation data
Vetting shares this with the internal team responsible for the product and follows up once they've reviewed it.
